Caitlin’s expertise in complex systems and client management enables Hirsch & Associates and its clients to function as efficiently as possible. Focusing on creating sustainable solutions to multifaceted projects, she manages internal operational finance and implements the firm’s operational strategy.
Caitlin previously managed brand partners and communities in the health and fitness industry in New York City and San Francisco. As a former freelance dancer and director, she collaborated with and performed for many gifted artists and taught in community settings including SFArtsED, SOTA High School, the SF County Sheriff’s Department (850 Bryant, SF County Jail #5), and the Juvenile Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. She brings a love of arts and deep interest in health, politics, and incarceration to her work in philanthropy. Caitlin has a B.A. in Politics and a B.A. in Performing Arts and Social Justice from the University of San Francisco.
