Tracy brings nearly a decade of nonprofit leadership, management, and fundraising experience to her work with Hirsch & Associates, supporting philanthropy across multiple program areas. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy was Development Director for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, a 10,000-member strong bicycle advocacy organization that works closely with the City of San Francisco to provide sustainable solutions to the city’s congested transportation network through community organizing, urban planning and political advocacy.
Tracy is a longtime volunteer with several Bay Area organizations, including the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and the San Francisco Women’s Building, where she served as a member on the Board of Directors. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
